Non Contracted Provider Reimbursement- RPN’s Usual and Customary allowances
for published CPT and HCPC codes are 125% of Medicare’s
(RBRVS) amounts based on the Geographical location of
the Provider. For dates of service after 08-01-2006 those rates will be 135%.
For those CPT and HCPC codes that are not
contained in the Medicare fee schedule, the IPA shall
reimburse sixty percent (60%) of billed charges.
